Madness of icy cold water

Tiring body and wrinkled-face swash buckle into the icy cold water.

The body shivering as the water percolates to exude a sense of relief.

Craving for the cold water to put an end to the day’s woes,

braving dusty lanes and smokes from vehicles,

struggling to no end in the busy city life.

Cold water is the only solace and the enemy to the body.

A tale of being caught between the devil and the deep blue sea.

It’s a relief and dreadful at the same time.

Praying when the icy water would end its assault on the lifeless body, showing sign of springing into the mood to fight the turbulence.

A necessary evil!

The cold water, sleepy face and the inert body.

The only saving grace to get set in the groove of life.

Work-in-progress, seeker and bundle of contradictions. Stubborn and Refusal to grow up and constantly in search of myself, I blurt it out on my space. Drop in and share some love. Indian by choice.
