I for Ideas

Images germinated from the past.

Ideas that we dreamed of to transform into reality, brain storming session to lead the way and intelligent conversations for the soul.

Ideas brimming inside lecture halls, animated discussions as cups of coffees brewed as the vodka flowed at night.

Ideas we dreamed of to make the world a better place, the unflinching belief that no dream is far away and what we need is determination to  turn ideas into reality.

Ideal world, we believed in! We were rebels that thrive in making our opinions count.

After all, we had opinions on almost everything and were taught in class that we are the change.

Ideas! This is what we need to create our own platform in our quest for creative excellence

Ideas for intellectual minds

Ideas for the soul and fodder for thought,

we battled out in classrooms and among our classmates that our strong belief is the way forward.

Ideas leads to inspiration among bright, young minds in college.

Ideas is youth forever that constantly challenges the status quo.

Idea! It was splashed all over TV channels, newspapers and billboards,

What an Idea, Sirjee!

Today’s entry is I for Ideas as part of the April A to Z blogging challenge under the theme, ‘College Memories’ and my first poem for the prompt.

With Love

Work-in-progress, seeker and bundle of contradictions. Stubborn and Refusal to grow up and constantly in search of myself, I blurt it out on my space. Drop in and share some love. Indian by choice.

    1. Thanks a ton, Shilpa. A small idea can alter perception and turn our life’s fortune. We need to believe, believe and believe in life’s immense possibilities, no matter what. Your words of wisdom always gives me a boost:)

  1. Visiting on the 10th day of the #atozchallenge. A GOOD IDEA in finding a fellow writer with a blog well presented. Learning interesting new things on this blog hop day. If you have time or interest, I am writing about gardening and related topics this month. Come and visit.

      1. Thanks for appreciating! No worries about that!! I’m too lagging behind, thrown off-schedule due to college stuff… can totally understand.. afterall we all have a life other than the virtual one! 😛

      2. Its good.. Projects, presentation, assignment, and to top it all, finals in April end leaves little time to blog hop! 😦

  2. Ahh yes, the animated discussion with friends and teachers as we discussed the world and more. That time taught me more than all my lectures put together.

    1. I love the animated discussions leading to awe inspiring ideas and, sometimes it would lead to heated ones but, nonetheless, in good faith. I swear we learn more from teachers and friends outside than inside lecture halls. How I miss those times!
